Why did you start your fitness journey?
"I started my fitness journey because I needed an outlet. I was a new mom of now toddlers, and like so many moms I felt I had lost my identity. I set a goal and I began to prep for my first NPC bikini competition in June 2022. I am now les s than 6 weeks out from my first National Qualifier Competition. I still wanted to do more for women like myself, so I started KB Fit. When I started the KB Fit New Year’s Challenge, I found 5 Star Nutrition. 5 Star Nutrition has helped every single one of my clients with their supplement expertise and free in-body analysis."

"My go to healthy meal is grilled tilapia & brussel sprouts or deer meat tacos."

"Anything back or glute related. If I had to pick I’d say RDL’s or Good Mornings."
What advice has inspired you the most?
"Comparison is not just the the thief of joy. Comparison is the thief of everything. Keep your eyes on your own purposeful path. Learn to celebrate PROGRESS not PERFECTION. Cultivate gratitude over comparison. Gratitude turns what we have into more than enough. Your only competition IS YOU!"
