Why did you start your fitness journey?
"I started my fitness journey around the age of 17 because I struggled with an eating disorder throughout high school. I was tired of constantly trying to shrink myself, and I fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding after hiring my first personal trainer. I firmly believe everything happens for a reason, and the trials I went through have led me to be so much stronger mentally and physically. I connected with 5 Star Nutrition when they opened up a brand new store in Panama City, which is where I currently live."

What is your go-to healthy meal?
"My go-to healthy meal: fish tacos all day every day with an absurd amount of salsa!"
What is your favorite exercise?
"My favorite exercise are barbell back squats."
What advice has inspired you the most?
"Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Fitness journeys require so much patience. It's common to be too timid to start. However, there’s no time like the present, and that is the type of mental strength you need to achieve anything in life."
