Why did you start your fitness journey?
"I came into 5 Star Nutrition in Odessa, TX in 2016. I was considering competing in a bodybuilding competition so I was in search of protein and knew nothing about supplements. Fast forward 7 years, and I am now a certified holistic nutritionist, wellness coach, and personal trainer. I even worked for 5 Star for a short stint while getting certified. I competed for 7 years in women's physique and Figure! I now successfully own Macrofit Wellness, my own company where I currently manage over 500 clients online, and offer in-person training, as well as Lifestyle Wellness Coaching all from a Holistic space of honoring the body."

"I own a meal prep company so I personally love my salmon with rice and green beans. I also love ground turkey with rice and lettuce with salsa!"

"Leg day is my favorite, nothing better. Barbell hip thrusts have to take the number one spot."

"Find your passion and run with it, make it a lifestyle."
