Why did you start your fitness journey?
"My sons have always been my motivation to be fit. Growing up, I had a very unwell father that couldn't really keep up and play with me and my siblings. I remember that feeling, and I never want my kids to feel that. With any luck, I'll be able to play with them and my grandkids one day for many years to come!"

What is your go-to healthy meal?
"I love to eat some Air Fried Salmon with Jasmine Rice, Sweet potato, and green beans."
What is your favorite exercise?
"My weakest lift recently became my favorite movement, and that's the barbell incline bench press! Practice makes progress!"
What advice has inspired you the most?
"As a competitive Bodybuilder, the best advice I received was, 'You're not lifting weights anymore. You're bodybuilding.'"
